OSCE - Organisationen for Sikkerhed og Samarbejde i Europa ( The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) blev oprettet i 1973 som CSCE (Konference for Sikkerhed og Samarbejde i Europa), men man ændrede navnet i 1990 i forbindelse med en revision af opgaverne efter kommunismens sammenbrud.
Det er verdens største regionale sikkerhedsorganisation med 56 deltagende lande fra Europa, Centralasien og Nordamerika. Organisationen beskæftiger sig med konfliktforebyggelse, krisestyring og genopbygning.
Hovedkvarteret ligger i Wien i Østrig, og man har kontorer og institutioner i både København, Geneve, Haag, Prag og Warszawa.
I 2005 ledes OSCE af den slovenske udenrigsminister Dimitrij Rupel. Fold ud
