Jerome John "Jerry" Garcia (1. august 1942 – 9. august 1995) var en amerikansk musiker og sangskriver, bedst kendt for sin rolle som leadguitarist og sanger i det psykedeliske rockband Grateful Dead.
Mens Garcia optrådte med Grateful Dead i hele dets tre årtier lange liv (1965 til 1995), deltog han ligeledes i en del sideprojekter, inklusiv Legion of Mary, Jerry Garcia Band, Old and in the Way, den akkustiske duo Garcia/Grisman og flere soloalbum. Han bidrog ligeledes til en række kollegers albums.
Senere i livet blev Garcia sommetider syg grundet sin ustabile vægt. Efter at have oplvet en diabetisk koma, der næsten kostede ham livet i 1986, begyndte Garcia at leve sundere indtil hans pludselige død i august 1995.
