Jiāng Zémín (født 17. august 1926 i Yangzhou, Jiangsu) er en kinesisk kommunistisk politiker.
Han var midtpunktet i den tredje generation af ledelsen i det kinesiske kommunistparti og var generalsekretær heraf i perioden fra 1989 til 2002, præsident i Folkerepublikken Kina fra 1993 til 2003 og formand for den centrale militære kommission fra 1989 til 2004.
