Kevin Kline (født den 24. oktober 1947 i St. Louis i Missouri, USA) er en amerikansk Oscar og Tony-pris vindende teater og filmskuespiller.
Han vandt en Oscar, i kategorien bedste mandlige birolle, for sin rolle som «Otto» i filmen Fisken de kaldte Wanda (A Fish Called Wanda) fra 1988.
Kline har en søn som også er skuespiller, Owen Kline, kendt for sin hovedrolle i filmen The Squid and the Whale fra 2006.
