Martti Ahtisaari (født 23. juni 1937 i Viborg, Finland) er en finsk socialdemokratisk politiker, der var landets præsident 1994-2000. Ahtisaari har desuden i mange år været FN-diplomat, og har blandt andet været FN's særlige udsending til Kosovo.
