Paul Kagame (født 23. oktober 1957) er den nuværende præsident i Rwanda. Han blev berømt som leder af guerillaen Rwandas Patriotiske Front (RPF), hvis invasion i Rwanda ofte er givet som den primære grund til at Folkedrabet i Rwanda startede. RPFs nedskydning af den daværende præsident Habyalimana helikopter i 1994 satte massemordene i gang. I 2003 blev han valgt som præsident i Rwanda, medfølgende rygter om korruption.
I august 2010 blev han genvalgt som præsident for en ny syvårig periode.
