Richard Charles Albert Holbrooke (24. april 1941 – 13. december 2010) var en amerikansk diplomat med tilknytning til Det Demokratiske Parti med stor erfaring fra internationalt diplomatisk arbejde, herunder fredsarbejde. Han er den eneste person, der har haft posten som vice-udenrigsminister med samtidigt ansvar for to forskellige regioner, nemlig for Asien (Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs) samt for Europa (Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs).
