Steven Vincent Buscemi (født 13. december 1957) er en amerikansk skuespiller og filminstruktør. Med sit markante udseende har han haft en række ikoniske roller, bl.a. som Mr. Pink i Håndlangerne og Carl Showalter i Fargo. Han bliver ofte brugt i Joel og Ethan Coens film, ligesom han er fast inventar i Adam Sandler-film. Han spiller i øjeblikket Enoch "Nucky" Thompson i den anmelderroste dramaserie Boardwalk Empire, hvilket han modtog en Golden Globe for i 2010.
