Usbekistan er et land i Centralasien. Usbekistan grænser op til Kasakhstan i nord, Turkmenistan og Afghanistan i syd samt Tadsjikistan og Kirgisistan i øst. Usbekistan har tidligere været en del af Sovjetunionen, og erklærede sin uafhængighed 1. september 1991.
