Porto eller Oporto (portugisisk "o Porto", Havnen) ligger i det nordlige Portugal ved Douro-flodens udmunding og er med sine 238.465 indbyggere (2006) landets næststørste by.
Byen gav navn til "portvin". Fra 18. århundrede udførte området meget vin til England da forsyninger fra Frankrig ofte var afbrudt på grund af krig.
